- Confirm your name, address, and household information.
- Use active benefit proof if automatic matching cannot confirm Medi-Cal, CalFresh, or another qualifying program.
- Keep screenshots or copies of anything you submit until the renewal is approved.
- If you also receive a federal Lifeline recertification notice, complete that separately.
