Independent guide — not the government, not a Lifeline provider

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California and certain other state-law residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. Cliq Mobile takes this right seriously.

Automatic opt-out signal

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser and device and no further action is needed on this page.

What "sale" and "sharing" mean here

We do not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense. We do engage in limited activities that can be characterized as "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act — specifically:

Opting out disables these cookie-based activities for your browser. It does not affect transactional emails, confirmations of shop orders, strictly necessary cookies, or the operation of features you have actively opted into (such as email subscriptions).

Submit an opt-out request

If your browser doesn't automatically send a GPC signal, you can submit a request below. We will process it within the time period required by applicable state law (typically fifteen business days for California).

Submitting this form will: (1) set an opt-out marker in your browser, and (2) open a pre-filled email to [email protected] so our team can apply the opt-out to any records matching your email address.

Prefer to email us directly?

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell" and include the email address associated with your subscriber or shop record so we can match you to the right record.

Other privacy rights

If you also want to exercise other California or state-law privacy rights (access, deletion, correction, limit sensitive information use, or appeal a denial), see our Privacy Policy §13–§16 for the full menu and how to request.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you authorizing them to act, and we may contact you directly to verify the request before acting on it.
