Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • Where we ship: United States only (48 states + DC). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. You'll get a tracking number by email.
  • Shipping cost: Flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Per the FTC's Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we can't ship within 30 days of your order, we'll contact you to offer a refund or ask for your consent to delay. We take this seriously.

Returns

  • Return window: 30 days from the date you received the phone.
  • Condition: Phone must be in original condition — unused, or like-new with minimal handling. Must include the charger, case, and original packaging.
  • How to return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll send return instructions.
  • Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the product arrived defective (see Warranty below).
  • Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Warranty

The BLU C5L Max comes with the manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled directly by BLU Products. We're happy to help you start the process — email us at [email protected].

If your phone arrives defective (won't power on, physical damage, missing parts), contact us within 7 days and we'll send a prepaid return label for a replacement or refund.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package, contact us first — we'll open a claim with the carrier. If the package was visibly damaged on delivery, take photos and contact us right away.

Sales tax

We collect sales tax as required by state law. The tax amount is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
