Program-Based Qualification Method:

You can qualify for Wisconsin Lifeline if you or another person in your household is enrolled in any one of these qualifying public assistance programs:

  • Medicaid
  • FoodShare (Wisconsin's SNAP program)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
  • Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
