Status checker - updated July 2026

TruConnect Application Status (2026)

How to check TruConnect application status, what details you may need, and what to do if documents or approval are still pending.

Check your TruConnect application

TruConnect's application checker asks for the information used on your application, commonly ZIP code and email. Watch for email updates if your eligibility or shipping status changes.

TruConnect support says application processing can take a few business days once the application is received. Timing can be longer if document review is required.
